"The owners put so much Love into making this vacation rental feel like Home Away from Home. The inside was as beautiful and Cozy as the outside! Stunning views of the Mountains and the sound of the River was so peaceful and relaxing. Fishing was fun and watching the Birds were an extra treat! Located near Great Restaurants and Shopping. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and stay warm during a weekend getaway with a beautiful Snow fall. Can’t wait to visit in the summer to do...

"My wife and I wanted to stay in a place where we could travel to several nice mountain towns in one trip. For us this location was perfect for that and the apartment itself was just the right size for her, our dog, and myself. "

"Thes hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. The hot tub was one of tge best i have been in and tge kitchen was very stocked with anything you could desire. And plenty of special touches. Bristol and Abingdon were very easy to get to and the best little towns. "

"Enjoyed the stay. The owner's communication was exceptional. Location is very convenient to the surrounding Tri City area. Cleanliness and decor of the property are excellent. Due to the weather, I was not able to interact with the animals, but perhaps next time! "

"The property was nice, clean & convenient.our group didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the outdoor features but they looked very nice."

"We had a wonderful time! It was perfect for us. The view was beautiful and the house was updated. There is a fence in the backyard even. We have tall men in our family and the living room seating was very comfortable with leather couches that reclined. We spent Christmas there and would do it again. The host was reachable and very nice. I am so pleased. "

"The house was exactly as described. The beds were great! Everything was very clean. 10 minutes from everything. Better than expected. Well priced. We will be returning next time we visit JC. Thanks for hosting!"

"We traveled to Johnson City from Savannah Georgia to celebrate Christmas. The home was exactly as described and was decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch. I was easily able to entertain a family of five for the holidays. We would definitely stay again. Cheers!"

"We had a wonderful stay. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families with plenty of room to spread out. It was meticulously clean and well kept! Would absolutely stay here again in the future!"

"Jackie is an amazing host. She accommodated our early check in and was very communicative throughout our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. I will stay here again when in Kingsport. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. "

"This is a pretty cabin in a very rural setting near the Watauga river. It has a lot of windows and we enjoyed watching the cows across the street, and we also saw baby lambs. The long mountain views are awesome - we saw them covered in snow!The inside of the cabin is nice and new; although minimally decorated. The beds were very comfortable; everyone enjoyed them.One interesting aspect of the cabin was the flies. It was strange seeing so many of them in the winter with temps in the teens. I...

"We spent a couple of nights at this lovely quaint cabin while traveling through Tennessee. It far exceeded our expectations. A wonderful place to sit back, relax, watch the snow fall and be entertained by the peacocks, read and just enjoy the beauty of the property. Very clean, comfortable, warm and we loved hearing the history of the property. We look forward to returning again as we visit Tennessee. "
