“Wow, Look at that view!” is the first thing you will say as you step into the Sunset Cove home. This four bed, three bathroom dream home defines luxury and is located right on the corner of Little Hickory Bay. The home’s every detail is newly renovated, impeccably designed, and boasts contemporary finishes.

Location- Residential neighborhood (Bonita Springs)
This magnificent home is perfectly situated on a quiet lot with dock access to Little Hickory Bay and the Gulf coast. Cycle, walk or drive to magnificent beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing, shelling, kayaking, tennis & more. For nightlife and shopping, head to Tamiami Trail or Mercato, where you’ll find it all ‘Florida style,’ including unbeatable happy hours and live entertainment.

Living Room
The indoor open floor plan creates a fresh and bright ambiance with high ceilings and giant glass sliders that flood the home with natural lighting. The space is professionally and immaculately decorated and with breathtaking and unobstructed 180 degree views of the pool and the bay. This living space has comfortable seating and a huge flat screen entertainment center.

Kitchen and Dining
Every detail of this kitchen is brand new. Whip up everything from a batch of cookies to a full home cooked meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. Here you will have access to all the essential kitchen tools and appliances you need to get started. Guests can enjoy their meals at the dining table that offers sweeping views. This high end kitchen is perfect for entertaining!

Outdoor Living Space
This home features an outdoor entertainer's paradise. Immerse in the deep heated pool with a waterfall spa that you can enjoy during the day or at night within the enclosed lanai. There is also a dock with a lift and a private fileting station where you are encouraged to catch dinner!

Each of the four ample sleeping spaces features brand-new mattresses, luxury linens, and high-speed internet
-Primary suite has a walk in closet, king size bed, TV, slider for pool access, bathroom with walk in shower, free standing tub, and dual sinks
-King guest room has closet, TV, slider for pool access, access to Jack and Jill bathroom
-Queen guest room has a closet, TV, slider for pool access, access to Jack and Jill bathroom
-The study is beautifully decorated and has French doors and a pull out sofa with a queen size mattress for added sleeping space

Great House for Relaxing Long Weekend
This house was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing long weenend tacked onto a business trip. The pool/spa was especially nice. Everything was well stocked and clean. Host was very responsive, although after check-in they weren't needed!

Returning Guests
Second time that we have stayed at this property. Everything was as expected. The house was clean and ready for us at the expected time. Kitchen items were well stocked, all we had to do was provide the food and beverages. Property is centrally located and close to restaurants, grocery stores and beaches. Love the pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool/beach towels provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!
I cannot say enough about this place. We loved everything about it. It was super clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, and every room had a water view! We loved the location and neighborhood. It was peaceful and close to everything. Less than a 5 min drive to the beach. The pool and spa were wonderful, we were in them almost every night. The house was well stocked, it had everything we needed and more!

The property was amazing with a very light and fresh feeling inside along with great views outside. The location is perfect as you have lots of great food, retail and beach options in any direction. When we had questions, the management was very responsive and helpful. Don't miss out on this one!

Fabulous vacation
The property is beautiful! Everything was perfect from the moment we entered the house. Meticulously clean and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking rather than going out most nights and the well-appointed gorgeous kitchen allowed us to do that comfortably. The outdoor space is stunning! The view of the bay is breathtaking. We enjoyed eating and spending time by the pool. Fishing poles and bikes are available. They have truly thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Only a few miles to the beach and 20 minutes to Naples. I highly recommend staying at this house if visiting Bonita Springs.

Can’t say enough about the home. Best house we have rented. Beautiful home and lay out. Great view over little hickory bay. House is in immaculate condition. Equipped with everything we needed. Did not have to contact the property manager for anything. Very close to the beach and dining options. Would definitely rent again.

The property was beautiful, even more so than the pictures show. Wonderful location. Convenient to shops, stores, restaurants, and of course the beaches. All amenities we needed were provided. I’m typically a nitpicker but can’t think of a single nit to pick here. Would definitely stay here again.

Second time around
Second time renting this property. Great location to Bonita beach and only 25 minutes from FM beach. Quiet location. Had a few minor issues that owner addressed immediately. We will definitely be back for a third year. Don’t delay in booking.

The house and tranquil setting are simply beautiful. Dolphins could be seen every morning. Close proximity to the beaches and restaurants are a plus. We had to shorten our stay due to a family issue, and Julie was very accomadating. This was our second stay and we will definitely plan a return visit.

Loved our trip!
Everything from start to finish with our vacation was perfect! We looked long and hard for this property…I just knew we would find it! On the water with amazing views! We loved heading into the hot tub at night after a long day of being out and about. Quiet area and a nice light tropical wind while in the pool and hot tub. We even got to witness a lunar eclipse! Julie, the owner, was very quick to respond and accommodating. We are already looking to book again later this year. Highly recommend!

A Long Time Coming
Because of Covid being around, we had changed our arrival date. We were so happy to finally come to Florida. We vacation in this area often, renting a house each time. This house did not disappoint. It had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were in the sun all afternoon. The house was lovely inside and Julie, the owner was just a call away if we had a question. There were plenty of towels and linens. The only suggestion I have is that the interior of the house really needs a coat of paint. I would definitely recommend this house, and I would surely stay here again!

Das Haus ist wunderschön am Wasser gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig, täglich sieht man verschiedene Tiere (ja, auch Delphine haben wir vom Dock aus gesehen!) Julie ist mehr als zuvorkommend und immer sofort erreichbar. Wir haben uns wundwrbar erholt!

Excellent Home and Owner!
This is a wonderful and well equipped house. We spent Christmas here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent being close to the beach and to shopping. The impressive view from all of the bedrooms and living room is the large pool and beautiful waters of Little Hickory Bay. The kitchen is large and has everything needed for cooking. The living room is also very large with a two story ceiling, light and airy, with plenty of comfortable furniture, a TV and a stereo. The master bedroom is especially large with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The outdoor space by the pool is entirely enclosed with screens and the jacuzzi spa was plenty hot and very relaxing. The entire property is very well kept and exceptionally clean. We really enjoyed staying here and all of us felt it was a special treat. Highly recommended!
