Welcome to your completely renovated, three-bedroom, two-bath home with a private saltwater pool and spa, set in the tropical paradise of beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida. The pool, totally enclosed and surrounded by a lanai, features a rock waterfall, spa, mood lighting, and luxury outdoor patio furnishings, including a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and barbeque area with gas grill and seating for six.

Your Barefoot Hideaway home is just two miles (5 minutes) from Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. A grocery store, retail, and multiple restaurants, plus mini-golf are an easy walk or short drive from the home. Bike access to beaches, including Vanderbilt Beach, is straightforward. Simple 25-minute drive to downtown Naples dining. Proximity to golf courses. Southwest Florida International Airport is a 25-minute drive.

In-season rental periods are a minimum of 7 nights, with off-season minimums being 4 nights.

On arrival, there is ample off-street parking and entry is through the front door and into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. There is beautiful luxury engineered wood plank flooring throughout. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of quartz counter space with tile backsplash and rich dark wood cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. There is even a Cuisinart coffee maker, pressure cooker, and toaster. Appliances are all stainless steel and include a side-by-side refrigerator with a pull-out freezer drawer with water and ice dispenser in one of the refrigerator doors, a 5-burner glass top range with self-cleaning and convection oven, an above-range built-in microwave oven and a dishwasher. The kitchen island has drawers and cabinets on the kitchen side and three high-boy upholstered bar chairs on the living/dining area side. There is sliding door access from the kitchen out to the lanai. The adjacent dining area has a table seating eight and a built-in buffet with a china cabinet. This flows into the living area that's furnished with an L-shaped sleeper sofa and coffee table on an area rug, accent tables, lamps, and a matching side chair. Opposite the seating area is a large 65-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access to the screened-in lanai and pool area.

The master bedroom with en suite bath has a king-size bed with nightstands and lamps, an end-of-bed bench, a double dresser with a mirror, and a corner wall-mounted 50-inch flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors from here provide direct access to the lanai and pool area. The bathroom has a large walk-in closet, quartz vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, commode/bidet, and a nicely tiled step-down walk-in shower with showerhead and handheld showerhead and glass doors. On the other side of the home is a hallway leading to two guest rooms, the guest bath and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, nightstand and lamp, floor lamp, triple dresser with mirror, ample closet space, and a 50-inch wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with an end-of-bed bench, a desk with chair and lamp, ample closet space, and a wall-mounted 50-inch flat-screen TV. The adjacent guest bathroom has a quartz vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath, a commode/bidet, and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower with a showerhead and handheld showerhead.
