"Nice place for sure. Way more space than my wife and I needed but oh well. The beds were nice with good sheets. We did our own cooking so it was nice to have quality cookware including nonstick pans for eggs. A view of the ocean side vs the lagoon side would have been nicer but we got the sunsets from this side so that was cool. Somebody even dropped off fresh pico and punch in our fridge the first day while we were out :). We were scuba diving most days we were there so it was nice to be picked...

"Perfect place to get away from winter in NY, NJ and CO! The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. The only drawback to the location was that although Hol Chan Resort is on the water, there is not a beach area. The pool and pool bar (and the bartenders) did not disappoint though! "This was an absolutely perfect home for our family vacation. It was great for our four generations of family and in-laws. Everyone had their own space. There really weren't any problems other than we had an issue with our golf cart in add contact of the company and got it replaced in under an hour. Iris was quick to get us any necessities we need and the visits from Noodles were great. "Tarpon Bay Breezes is an excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle of a busy life. Communication with host Julie was great from the get-go to the moment of departure. Communication with guest concierge Eva was good too.The villa is located about 35 golf-cart minutes from the airport, 25 of which dirt road. Main way of transportation is by golf carts.
