The beach is a super quick walk and the neighborhood is culturally rich and vibrant. As far as the place the only lack of cleanliness was mold in the fridge water dispenser area & several discolorations and stains on the bed sheets. There were small bugs like little ants but that’s to be expected in a tropical...

"Everything from the booking to the early check in, right up until the end, was amazing. Lis was always available to answer any questions or handle the couple little minor issues that arose with the water and the pool. I had emailed Dave prior to arriving and he was very quick to respond to me and we had back and forth correspondence for a few days, which was very much appreciated by me. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is planning on traveling to Potrero in the future. "

"Location to Playa Hermosa was great! The view was absolutely breathtaking! Rooms were great size, the property is well taken care of and the pool is just as beautiful as it in pics. The road leading to the property is a little steep, but not bad. Nice gated community. Home next door being built, but construction noise wasn’t an issue."

"This house is an absolute steal for the price. It has an amazing view. We had three kids with our group and they were in the pool every day that we got back from the beach or other activities. The house was also well stocked with cooking supplies. Check in process was extremely easy and the communication with the hosts was also very easy and they were quick to respond to all of our questions. Will recommend and stay here again in the future."

"This is a beautiful place in a quiet area of Pacifico! A kitchen with everything you might need, nice, quality bedding and linens, and the best part - a golf cart for getting around town! The white glove care that we received from Rich Coast Vacations was unparalleled. We had an entire "house management" team that were so friendly, accommodating and incredibly helpful. "The house was perfect for our party of 4 with a beautiful view of the bay. We would definitely stay here again the house was very clean and well stocked. Communication with Rich Coast was very responsive. We were even treated to seeing the monkeys come through one evening. The one thing I would suggest is to put up a curtain in the shower window in the bath off the kitchen so you can have a bit of privacy from the back deck sitting area other than that, everything was great!"

Área externa aconchegante, quartos minúsculos

"Hotel bem aconchegante na área externa da piscina, porém deixa a desejar no conforto dos quartos que são minúsculos, no máximo para 1 casal. Não possui nem um frigobar para refrigerar algum alimento ou bebida. No café da manhã que só fui uma vez pq é ruim, só tem uma térmica de café e leite, o resto vc tem q pedir, que são 3 opções, e se pedir frutas é cobrado à parte. Não te deixam repetir um simples omelete por exemplo que foi o q aconteceu comigo. Resumo do que achei: cobra muito e entrega pouco. Tem fotos até de festa, mas o hotel morre de noite, não tem nada de interatividade, muito menos à noite. "
