PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE BOOKING!

This one is honestly my favorite home out of all of them!
Truly it's a "house" with it's own ac/heat, easy stairway to second story/deck & private access!

BEST BLOCK & TRULY "IN" HYDE PARK! Wonderful porch in the trees and fenced in yard! Nice walk to downtown, park or shops & restaurants just 1 block away! Home is PRIVATE, spacious, comfy and quiet.
It has it's own NeW washer/dryer and heat/ac unit and an easy-to-use cool lil portable dishwasher!

It is truly a separate house, on top of a house - in the evergreens! One flight of stairs to private entrance and upper deck w/ patio set for 4, open bedroom to kitchen, wood floors & bike rack for 5. Incredibly comfy queen bed, couch in front living room, a vintage red recliner and deep tub/shower! Dog door & fenced yard is wonderful for your furry pal! Dogs love the park and off leash trail system nearby!

Second floor "house" - beefy flooring/insulation and no shared makes it much more of a house than an apartment so it's an actual house eye level with the trees! Also, reliable WIFI for business use. and guests have referred to the bed as "crazy comfortable!" : )

Fenced in is wonderful for one well behaved dog or cat! Home will accommodate one uber-quiet, non-barking, lazy "insurance-friendly" dog (ex. no pit bulls, rotties). Your fixed pet (cat or dog) is more than welcome! Please let me know how many total pets and what kind so I can accommodate them.
For each pet, the fee is $90 for first 30 days and $2 a day for each day after. If your booking is only 5 days or less, it's $75 per pet.

Best QUIET location in Hyde Park and near downtown! Get to know the "true" north end of Boise, Idaho from this wonderful spot!! Mountain bike and hiking trails for you and your dog just 2 blocks away. Boise's famous Hyde Park, with eateries and shops, is less than a block away! Java coffeehouse is just a block away and it's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and see the heart of dog loving Boise!

Really wonderful for long term stays! The apartment was added on by me so it is very cute - ha! : ) It has a redwood deck, full bathroom, kitchen, dark hardwood floors, stain glass, vintage lights and a cool old kitchen farmhouse sink.

Please have actual guest who will be in listing be the one who books - If you work for a company, choose that option when booking and have one of the guests be the primary person so I can communicate with those in the actual listing. Thank you for understanding : )

Mowing is done twice monthly from April through September and if it snows (which is rare or melts within days), there's a snow shovel on property for your use. usually 4 weeks in spring dogs can't use yards because i overseed to keep all beautiful! : )

My places are smoke free - NO parties or any smoking please! If you choose to smoke or party, you face immediate removal and fines/fees.

My goal is to offer a quiet, comfortable place for folks with their pets to stay and feel safe. If you want a place to gather/party - this is Not the place. Low key is the name of the game here. Many folks come for treatments at St. Lukes and I want them to feel confident they can book one of my homes and be stress free. I've had problems in the past so now, it's spelled out : )

Please don't wear shoes inside and be aware/considerate of noise because Treehouse is an apartment - thank you!

The total tally of folks I allow includes infants. Please don't book if you exceed the maximum allowed listed - thanks!

There could be a little pet hair and an occasional tennis ball - but aren’t you glad I allow your wonderful fur babies to stay, too? : )
Since my listings are in the North End Historic District, please consider all if you're susceptible to pet or mold allergies/asthma (or truly want a newer or remodeled home) before you book.

If you change booking dates after your stay has begun, nightly pricing will most likely change.

If you book the same day chances are cleaners could still be there - please be patient and you can drop off luggage at your "home" and kill a little time in Hyde Park while they finish up : )

You would be in the upstairs home which has a deck and large fenced in yard area. Go to gate on south/left side of house to wooden gate with DARK GREEN BUTTERFLY on it and head up the stairs to deck and lockbox on table or tucked into dog door cubby.

Please shut and latch gates and text me first if having trouble/questions

PLEASE park in front of house as close to southern property line (little tan neighbor house) as possible. : )

Only one car allowed for this apartment.

Other things to note
My places are meant to be, above all, a quiet haven for everyone.
Know that long-term rentals and short term rentals are quite different in that I supply the tools but not necessarily all of the cleaning fluids, bulbs or batteries, swiffer pads etc.
I let long term renters live their own lives and enjoy the space as their own.
You agree to check in on the day your booking begins.
If you plan to leave before your original checkout date, you agree to cancel your booking on the actual date you check out. Home must not be empty for safety concerns.
If you stay long term, you agree to have my cleaning crew come every 45 days to clean your home (while you're out for a few hours) for the same amount of your cleaning fee when you book.
Know that I adhere to the cancellation policies that are in place when you book. I have chosen them with great consideration.
Stays over 31 nights need to pay double for cleaning.
