You'll be a two-mile drive or bike ride from the charming historic village of Hyde Park and only 16 miles from the slopes and sledding/tubing hills at Bogus Basin. Besides world-class winter sports, Idaho is a haven for all sorts of outdoor activities, including rock climbing, mountain biking, and riverfront recreation. Four great golf courses - Quail Hollow, Shadow Valley, Eagle Hills, and Warm Springs - are located within easy reach of the home. Downtown Boise, with its iconic State Capitol and eclectic mix of shops, bars, parks, and museums, is less than four miles from your front door. Throughout the year, you can find many fairs, festivals, and farmers' markets in and around town. The Hyde Park Street Festival is typically held each September.

The main-level primary bedroom includes a full-length mirror, nightstands, and sleek modern lamps on both sides of the bed as well as cellphone charging stations. Enjoy your favorite show before bed on the smart TV at the foot of the bed atop a 6-drawer dresser to store your clothing. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
