"Great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Everything was easy, check-in, check-out, using the bikes. Parking is off site, but we had no problem finding parking close by. Loved that we were right by the greenbelt. We used the bikes everyday. We were able to visit downtown, Boise State, Parks, Restaurants...all by foot or by bike. Wonderful to wake up and have coffee on the patio while listening to the river and seeing people biking and walking on the greenbelt. We will definitely be...

"The property is clean and well appointed. It was central to downtown Boise. It is located near a shelter for the unhoused but that was not problematic for us."

"Absolutely loved the home. It's small, cozy, very clean and felt new. It is a 3-4 minute drive to some great restaurant along the scenic Greenbelt. Property was easy to access and JoAnn was very responsive. Only downsides: the patio is very small (can only fit 2 chairs) and I, personally, did not feel safe walking to the Greenbelt because of the neighborhood. Overall, a great property to stay in!"

"This is not in Boise but 18 mi up into Bogus Basin and 40 minute drive. Well worth the trip but plan accordingly. Our sofa sleeper was broke and no AC. Also broken patio chairs but still worked. Great views, very comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful views and great hiking right there. Would be awesome for ski season. Could use a better description and more specific details on fireplace and ac if there is any."
