Summary:
A seaside escape awaits at this stunning, recently refurbished luxury villa. Up to 10 guests can leave the frenzied pace of life behind and comfortably relax in this lovely home that is just a short 40 metres walk to the beach. The spacious residence has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and effortlessly blends an elegant nautical design with relaxing indoor/outdoor living. Enjoy sea views from nearly every bedroom, refresh in the secluded garden, and both Felpham and Bognor Regis are a short walk away.

The Space:
Come unwind and relax in this lovely, three-story seaside villa. Oversized windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood every living space, and sophisticated nautical-themed styling underscores the enviable proximity to the beach. The back veranda and garden are beautifully landscaped and secluded, while the home’s interior is thoughtfully designed with every amenity needed for guest comfort.

Enter at the ground level to find the home’s main social spaces. A formal – yet cozy – lounge area and elegant dining room with a feature fireplace combine to make one large entertaining area that is ideal for gathering. The adjacent kitchen is stocked with a comprehensive housewares package and stands at the ready to prep and serve everything from small snacks to full course meals. Glass doors off both spaces lead to the beautiful garden where a unique stone BBQ and dining table offer additional eating and entertaining possibilities in a fully enclosed and secluded area. A convenient water closet is also located on this level.

Head up one level to the first floor where three private bedrooms provide wonderful sleeping options for any group configuration. Bedroom one features a king size bed, large picture window, and ensuite bath with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a king with sea views, and the third is a delightful double bunk room that nicely assists 4 guests in conjuring up sweet holiday dreams every night. Another full bath is shared between these two bedrooms, this one with a shower/tub combo that is perfect for bathing children after a day at the beach.

An exclusive retreat is found tucked under the eaves on the second floor in the fourth bedroom where a full king size bed and picturesque views of the sea await the lucky guests that get to sleep here. Onsite parking and the short easy walks to the beach, Felpham, and Bognor Regis add the final touch to this perfect holiday stay.

The Neighborhood:
Known for long sunshine hours and vintage English coastal holiday charm with unspoilt beaches and delicious ice cream on the prom. Think kite-surfers riding white-tipped waves, all the fun of family amusements and bucket-and-spade frolics in the sand.

You won’t have to look far to find things to do in Bognor Regis and the surrounding areas, from the beautiful coastline to the shops, restaurants, the famous Pier, playing some Crazy Golf, visiting the Museum, ride on the promenade Land Train, or taking a walk in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis has a variety of attractions and things to see and do.

Other places to see within the Bognor Regis area include the villages of Felpham, Middleton-On-Sea, the West End and Pagham. Felpham is where the famous Poet, William Blake once lived and the cottage can still be seen to this day. Each village has its own character and selection of shops. There is plenty to keep you and the whole family entertained in Bognor Regis and with the likes of Chichester, Arundel and Littlehampton right on our doorstep, there is lots to explore within a short drive away.

From locally caught seafood to indulgent desserts, incredible local produce, to restaurants from around the world including Indian, Polish, Italian and Spanish cuisine, local produce, ice cream parlours, burger bars, authentic cuisine and alfresco seaside dining …the list goes on!

The bustling town centre houses popular High Street stores, coffee shops as well as plenty of places to dine then head out and enjoy a drink or two with some of the biggest and busiest nightclubs in West Sussex.

Going east you’ll find Brighton, under an hour’s drive away, while London is an hour and 40 minutes on the train.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with your own car or rental with one free parking space included with your stay.

With the great central location guests can leave the car behind and walk along the beach to the centre of town in around 15 minutes.

Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.

The bus service in Felpham is incredibly frequent, with bus stops peppered all over the village, making it the most convenient and cost-effective form of transport.

Half Term Break
The house was in a good location, pretty much on the seafront with easy access to beach, cafes and the promenade and a short walk into town. We were a group of 3 adults and 5 children for a half term break and although the house is advertised for 10, we did find it a bit of a squeeze around the dining table and living areas. The house itself was presented well, however there is an obvious damp issue with mold present in bathrooms and a strong damp smell when opening every drawer and cupboard in the kitchen. Also, the downstairs toilet with direct access to the kitchen was not ideal at all. Overall, the house is ok but I'm not sure with the damp and size the price is entirely justified, especially a £200 cleaning fee.

Perfect House for family beach holiday
Great location for a beach holiday and lovely property. Some good local restaurants in easy walking distance and Bognor is easy to walk to too.

The house is in a great position near the beach and not far from the pier. On the whole it was a great place to stay but there were a few things that could be better. There was nowhere to hang towels in the ensuite and few drawers in that bedroom. The bedroom at the top of the house had nowhere to hang clothes and no drawers. The kids bunk room was great! They loved having their own bedside light and there was plenty of storage for their clothes. The kitchen was well equipped but we could have done with some small tumblers. When it was sunny there was a good space to eat outside.

Comfortable house
Well appointed house and in a great location. Parking a bonus, although second car needed to move around to find space at some points. A house guide would have been useful (e.g. recycling policy) and communication after our arrival by email meant that these were not seen immediately. The dining table had six good chairs and two benches. The benches were not stable or sound enough to sit on, but as only 6 in our group not an issue. Some less stark lighting in the lounge would be nice. Hanging rails in top bedroom would be useful. Damp issue within the kitchen. A cheese board would be good.

Perfect family getaway
Have just had a lovely weekend in the villa with a large family group. The villa was easily big enough for 10 of us. All the rooms are clean and comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The communication from the owner was brilliant and the online check in/out was very easy to follow. We had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to stay again, many thanks!

Great house in a fabulous location
We had a really lovely few days at the house. It was the perfect location by the sea with our extended family and two dogs. My mother can't walk too far but enjoys being out and about loved it. The location worked so well as the house is so close to the beach and very near a lovely beach cafe (open in winter time too). The house itself was v well equipped and the bedroom with 4 bunks was fun for the kids. V clean, cute garden, plenty of space for a big family and worked well. TV was a challenge but we got there in the end ;) The children enjoyed lots of activities from the house - such as Butlins water park (a walk away along the promenade), horse riding (20 mins away) and we all went to Chichester Theatre one eve. Absolutely recommend this property. Gemma was brilliant at answering all questions and helping us out too. We'd definitely like to come back one day. Thank you!

A lovely weekend break
We had a lovely weekend with friends at Greenock Villa, and the kids enjoyed being just a few metres away from the beach. It's a shame we were only there for two nights!
