"This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. "The accommodation was disappointment. Not only did I find that there was an addition £12.50 to pay for parking at the property, which was not specified in the booking. The property is clearly advertised as having doors that open from the lounge to the outside sea front. On arriving at the property I found the doors from the lounge locked and no key available to unlock them.
