"Located about 1/2 way between east and west entrance. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. The steps up to the loft are steep and the ladder to the other bed would be difficult for someone older. Outside has picnic tables, chsirs and games. Not much of a town but good food available. Would definitely recommend."

"Thoroughly enjoyed the North Forty property and the people that worked there. Our cabin was very nice and comfortable. Their cabin was the first that i have come across that had Roku guest mode set up properly in order to allow me to use my own account(s) knowing that they would be wiped/ removed when i left. There was a gas stove in the cabin also in case it got a little chilly. My only regret staying there was the stay was too short. If I'm back in Montana they will be on my short list of...

"Being just a tad late to reserve any rooms at Lake McDonald Lodge may have been a blessing as King's Cabin was everything the reviews expressed, along with the detailed description provided by owner. Perfect size dining, sleeping, kitchen, living room areas for the 8 of us. Enjoyed our afternoons on the pictured grass surrounded by its own forest. Cortni very responsive and helpful with concerns we had prior to our arrival. Staying here will always be a part of our memorable, amazing GNP...
