"We had a wedding on SSI and needed a place. This was perfect! Clean and comfortable!"

"Perfect location- near EVERYTHING. Parking was the only minor issue. "

"This home was perfect for our family. It is easy in and out for anyone who can't do stairs. Our daughter was on a scooter with a broken leg and it was perfect and easy for her to maneuver . Is close to everything. We took advantage of the public pool on the island which was reasonable and really nice. The temperature of the house was perfect on those hot days. The host was really nice and quick to respond to questions. . We would definitely stay here again"

"We love the area! We’ve stayed in 4 different Coast Cottages a total of 6 times over the past 10 years. This house was comfortable, clean and spacious enough for 10 people. Our only complaints would be the WIFI was inadequate and the cable options were lacking . We couldn’t get the Braves game . Many remotes for the main tv but no directory to get to cable tv or network tv. There isn’t enough cabinet space to put food so maybe add a hutch instead of the piano. There were a lot of tiny gnats ,...

"What a great stay in St Simon’s Island! The home is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need. The location was PERFECT! We walked to the Village every day. I loved how close, but tucked away the home is. We went to nearby East Beach in 5 minutes. Beach chairs were an added plus. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Wonderful location to everything. The house was clean and comfortable. The front porch was wonderful to just sit and rock and enjoy the breeze. The host was very easy to communicate with. "

"This end of SSI is our favorite — 3 minute walk to beach & a few restaurants from this super quiet, tucked away street. This rental is renovated inside despite an older facade. Everything clean & tidy. Comfy beds, good shower water-pressure, plenty of beach chairs, and a responsive host. Stairs are only access so don’t overload your suitcase! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay! Nicely decorated and super clean and we couldn't believe just how close to restaurants that it truly is. While it sits in town, it's also in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is part of a duplex but we never heard the family on the other side. Parking sits in front of the home so you don't have to worry about getting a spot. The beach is two(ish) blocks down a quaint neighborhood street. We'll get a golf cart or bring a wagon next time because it was a bit far to...

"What a charming and cozy cottage! The space is ideal for one or two guests. The owners were incredibly responsive, and I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The coffee and snacks were a delightful bonus!"

"We rent 3-4 times a year and this is easily the cleanest, most well maintained home we've ever rented. There was no hint of the wear and tear you usually see and not a speck of dust. The landscaping is phenomenal and the care of the pool above and beyond. The home is well appointed yet so very comfortable. Everything you need is generously provided and the kitchenware is great quality. (Scratched nonstick cookware is a pet peeve) This home is a perfect 10/10."

"É uma região com muitas opções de compras e alimentação, porém o local no entorno do hotel parece abandonado. O hotel precisa de atualização, carpete, revestimentos e decoração antigos, no banheiro a porta está desmanchando, dobradiça oxidada, assim como as luminárias do lavatório, rejuntes em mal estado. A porta do closet falta puxador… Não consegui ligar uma luminária na ante sala do quarto… A área do café da manhã está mal iluminada, cadeiras com os pés pra cima, colocaram um ventilador de piso na área, parece que a climatização está com problemas… Os talheres do café da manhã estão dêspadronizados e com má aparência."
