Fantastic location with a private balcony overlooking the Promenade! This 2 bedroom retreat offers the comforts of home in a quiet setting. Located in the Calhoun Street Promenade, you are within walking distance to all of the best that Bluffton has to offer!

Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with a full size stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. This villa boasts a private balcony and spacious living room and full size kitchen.

Located in the Promenade which offers boutique shopping, both 5 star and casual dining, a coffee shop and close proximity to Calhoun Street and the pristine May River.

Have a fun weekend with plenty of room to enjoy your time in Old Town Bluffton. Both bedrooms are comfortable with their own bathroom. The balcony is nestled in the trees and makes a perfect place to enjoy relaxing, work from your home away from home, read a book or just people watch. This is the best location to be in the heart of award winning Bluffton

A 15 minute drive takes you to Hilton Head Island with its beautiful beaches. Owners and manager are located nearby for any questions or assistance. Easy keypad entrance for no contact check-in.

Fantastic stay at our little apartment
We had a wedding to attend at Belfair, and this location was perfect. We loved having breakfast at the Sippin' Cow, right underneath our apartment. The apartment itself was perfect--the two bathrooms were really helpful, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the living room was very relaxed. It was very well laid out and easy to access. We were there most of Saturday and had a great time hanging out. I also loved the balcony. And the little shops were fun to walk around (we tried a few of the restaurants for meals that weekend). Highly recommended.

2 week stay
To address other reviews concerns. There is a flight of stairs. The apartment is on the second floor. There is railings on each side and rubber anti-slip step coverings, but if you cannot climb stairs... The diner below serves breakfast and lunch only. One time we heard a coffee grounder at 8:00 am. On the balcony there are three chairs and a table. Two of the chairs and the table are metal and weather worn the DOES not transfer to your clothing when used. Upon a Sunday arrival for our TWO week stay it was noticed there was not any laundry soap, shampoo, two small tubes of hair conditioner, no bath soap, two almost empty rolls of toilet paper and one spare, one roll of kitchen paper towels, four dishwasher pods, two almost empty soft hand soap, one mostly added water... I contacted the host through the portal and she said she would the cleaning crew look into it the next day. The next day nothing. Three days later I contacted the host again and she said she would bring over the supplies the next day...never did for the entire two week stay. We had to buy everything. The furnishings are not good, likely hand me downs or garage sale.The first time a wooden kitchen chair was used and properly, it split in two and collapsed. It was reported and never removed. I took the smaller pieces out of the apartment. There was one kitchen garbage bag liner. We were not told where to take our garbage for the two week stay. The only dumpster was behind lock and key. We carried our waste out

Week in Bluffton
As advertised. A couple of minor suggestions. *There is not a place to take your garbage - only an issue if you are there for an extended time period. * Dirty dishes in the cupboard. * The bed in the master bedroom is comfy BUT - every time you move slightly the bed squeaks terribly. Overall, a nice place for our visit and we will consider again.

We had the best girl’s weekend here! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and safe. The area is so fun and we enjoyed shopping, eating and getting coffee, all within walking distance. We would love to come back!

In need of attention
The property was acceptable but is in need of a good exterior cleaning, interior attention, and new linens. The entry stairs were moldy and dirty. The sheets had several runs/snags and were pilled. They are overused and need replaced. Same with the bed pillows; they are thin and uncomfortable. There was a coffee service station on the kitchen counters, but I opened 4 different creamers and all were curdled and spoiled. The stove top is in need of a good cleaning/polish. The oven mitt set on top of the stove was dirty. The deck furniture was metal and was dirty and very rusty. There were no seat cushions, so we could not use the furniture outside as we did not want rust on our clothing. I have photos of all of this, if you would like the proof of my review.

Everything was as advertised. We did struggle to find a close parking spot Friday afternoon around 7:00. It’s a popular evening location. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Fantastic location in center of Bluffton. Located right above Sipping Cow restaurant. We rented 2 bedroom. One of the bedrooms was right above utility room and you could hear all equipment when running. So if you are light sleeper might not be for you. Otherwise perfect!

Absolutely wonderful property. Clean as a whistle, easily accessed, convenient location. The only slight drawback is that the unit sits over a breakfast restaurant and you can hear the early morning start up sounds. I would recommend bringing a white noise machine to cancel that out. Otherwise everything was great - highly recommend.

Fantastic location old town bluffton
We had a blast each evening bar hoping and trying a different restaurant each night, we loved our private patio, watching and listening to all the going's on in town, the golf cart lifestyle … next time we will rent our own golf cart! Wonderful !!

The perfect spot in Blufton
I just stayed for the 2nd time and it is the PERFECT location in Bluffton. We walked to so many shops and the best restaurants....walking distance to nice parks and water views and to catch our water taxi to Daufuskie. Communication with the host is wonderful and she is very accommodating. We are already planning 2 more trips coming up soon and will stay at this location time and time again. So much to do right there....perfect location for a perfect town. I love Bluffton!

Perfect weekend getaway!
This was absolutely the best spot to spend the weekend with my daughter and her USC Beaufort boyfriend. We walked to all the restaurants and had the best time. Perfect location!

The villa was just perfect for our little staycation. Centrally located to great places to eat, shop, and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. We were grateful for this time to chill.
