"Stayed here 3 nights during our girls trip to The Biltmore Estate that included my 88 year old mom and my 28 yr old daughter. Perfect little cozy cottage that was easy to find via gps. Host was quick to respond. We would stay here again! "

"This place is now our favorite lake getaway. Small and very cozy with well-stocked kitchen with all you need to cook your meals. The owner is wonderful and very easy to contact. "the cabin had everything to offer! Loved the hot tub, the wrap around porch, a cosy bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. "Holy moly what a place! The Thomas Chapel did not disappoint at all! Everything about it was awesome. The attention to detail and all of the local & original material tie ins were super cool. The location is amazing! You are minutes from town but with the hillside and the creek it feels like you are in your own secluded holler out in the mountains. The hosts are superb as well. Excellent communication without being intrusive. The house has everything you could need and the additional coffee...

"We enjoyed this property. Cute cottage, pretty plantings, snd awesome back with deck, stone dteps, firepit and of course the river!"

"We were in town for a show at The Coves at Smith Mountain Lake. The venue was only 18 minutes from the cottage. It was SUPER clean and very nice. The outdoor space was also excellent. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions. Beds were very comply and there was a nice tv in every room (in both bedrooms) Would absolutely stay here again!! "

"Appears to be under renovation. No one was at the counter upon arrival. Two phone numbers posted on the door to call for assistance. No one answered the primary number and someone answered the second number as did not offer any assistance. A hotel worker finally saw that they were people waiting outside’s de the office and opened the door. No greeting or sorry for the wait. Basically was handed a key and go find your room.
