With 8 bedrooms and additional sleeping arrangements, The Toccoa Lodge comfortably accommodates up to 25 guests. Keyless entry code and driving directions will be sent to guest 5 days before arrival. Guests who are staying with us for the first time will be greeted by a team member who will provide a VIP tour of the amenities and features of the Lodge to help accommodate a smooth stay.

The Lodge sits on a private, river front lot. Neighbors are nestled beyond the tree lines and our Toccoa River Cottage is across the way from the Lodge. The Cottage and Lodge are separated by a yard, creek, and line of trees.

There is NO refund of the payment processing fee upon booking. Once you book, no matter when a cancellation may be made, the processing fee of 3.5% will never be refundable.

If you are booking more than 90 days in advance, you will be charged a 25% down payment at booking.
Must be 25 years of age or older to book and be present throughout the reservation.

Guest must contact owner for details regarding parties and events. Guests may not host an event without approval- extra fee applies.

Lovely and relaxing

The home is a beautiful place to relax. We utilized every aspect of the home-the dock, the firepit, the outside seating areas, the theatre room and the games. We loved the large kitchen having room for several cooks to move around and everyone being able to sit together at the large dining counter. We ended up with only 15 people instead of the over 20 orginally planned for. However, if everyone had come, we would have been on top of each other. We occupied all the beds except for 2 ; so I don't know where everyone would have slept. Sarah was very gracious to answer all of my questions which I very much appreciated. I would definitely enjoy another visit to the lodge.

Our family stayed at this breathtaking cabin in Blue Ridge for four days, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the start, communication with the host was seamless and clearā€”everything we needed to know was provided ahead of time, making check-in and our overall experience stress-free.The location couldnā€™t have been more perfect. Tucked away by a serene lake, the cabin offered easy access yet felt completely private and peaceful. The views alone are worth the stay, and waking up by the water each morning was a dream.Cleanliness was top-notch. Every corner of the cabin was spotless, and you could tell itā€™s well taken care of. It comfortably accommodated our entire group with ease, and everyone commented on how well they slept each nightā€”beds were incredibly cozy!The theater room was a pleasant surprise.ā€”the husbands loved watching their sports there. Great property. It was immaculately clean. Communication with management was great. It was cold and needed extra wood for fireplace and it was delivered promptly but with a cost of $100 which we thought was uncalled for in that we paid over $11,000. for the stay and then was asked to pay for extra wood. Would not let $100 for wood spoil our wonderful get together. We purchased the woods andā€¦ All told; we were extremely happy with the accommodations.

Mother in Law's 80th Birthday

10 out of 10!!! The property is better than advertised. We had about 25 family members ranging in age from 6 months-80 yrs old and everyone loved it! Lodge was plenty big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. I highly recommend this property! Sarah was great at quickly answering our questions and helping us out as our trip fell right when Hurricane Helene hit.

Girls Trip

This beautiful property on the river was perfect for our girlā€™s trip. Kayaking, hiking, shopping, wine tasting, and restaurants were 5 minutes away. Yet, we had a wonderful, private setting right on the river. The lower level with all the game machines/boards and theatre room kept everyone entertained! And the kitchen was the perfect size and well equipped. Awesome property!!

Great Family fun in the Mountains

Cant say enough good things about this house! Rented for a family summer vacation, 19 people with ages ranging from 11 months to 75 years old. There was something for everyone here! The location was wonderful, close enough to stores and restaurants but far enough away that we felt like we were in our own little paradise. Checkin and Check out were super easy and Sarah, the property manager was exceptionally helpful and nice. Will absolutely look to come here again in the future

Perfect and Beautiful for our large family

We are an active family and enjoyed the huge game selection in the basement, fishing and swimming in the river, kayaking, and playing games on the large open lawn. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. One more bathroom with a shower would have been ideal, as one room does not have a access to a shower, but it was not a bid deal for us to share. The kitchen is huge, and perfect for large gatherings at meals. Sarah, the property manager was very communicative and responsive and helpful. No complaints!

Rent this place!

We rented for my parents 45th wedding anniversary and this place is amazing! We really did not need to leave the house with all the amenities! But activities are close as well. House is perfect for a big group. We had 22 and plenty of space for more. Many memories made! We wound rent again.

Thanksgiving Family Vacation

This was our first family thanksgiving together with our adult children and our grandchildren, so we wanted it to be special. Well, in our opinion Toccoa Lodge was amazing!! It had everything that we could ask for (and were looking for). There were plenty of bedrooms beautifully decorated as was the whole property, and the game room was perfect as we didnā€™t really leave the property except to go into downtown Blue Ridge. The theater room was awesome as we were all together watching Disney and Christmas movies with the kids! The outside grounds had a fire pit that we enjoyed, roasting marshmallows. We all agreed that Toccoa Lodge was perfect!! Also, the communication with management was excellent and responded quickly for any questions that we had. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back!!!

Family fun, fun and more fun

This property is so amazing. Our family had the best time hanging out by the fire pit in the yard, fishing from the dock, chatting on the deck, gathering around the oversized dining table for meals together and cooking in that beautiful kitchen. The game room was amazing! Ping pong tournaments, pool, poker, video games, theater roomā€¦.I could go on and on. Many fantastic memories were made here ā¤ļø

Everything was wonderful! The property was absolutely beautiful (the kitchen is gorgeous) and very clean. Paradise in the Mountains

Toccoa Lodge was the greatest place!! We had the best weekend!! The pictures do not even do the place justice...it is even more beautiful in person if that is even possible. There is so much space that even with a large party everyone can find areas to relax and chill. The only small negative at all, was that the towels smelled a little musty after showering. We hope to be able to return many times.
