Modern Mountain Hideaway

Come enjoy our modern farmhouse in the woods! It’s so quiet you can hear a pin drop out here. Only 20 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, 10min from McCaysville, 20 minutes from white water rafting on the river, and less than 30 minutes from so many beautiful hikes you can do with your family, dogs, or friends! Our home is located in "Old Epworth" which is at the north tip of Blue Ridge, GA.
The space
If you love modern, bright spaces our house is for you. This is our 2nd home, not strictly a rental, so we have high-end furniture and accessories here. The rooms are spacious, living room has a high ceiling and our smith brothers sofa and casper mattresses will make sure you're super comfortable here.
Guest access
Our home is nestled in the Cohutta Mountains which means you'll be absolutely secluded here. It's peaceful, safe, and serene. No steep mountain roads but instead a gentle sloping drive that is accessible for any car type. All roads leading to our home are paved (although our driveway is gravel). We have a two car garage and plenty of parking space outdoors on our 4 acre property. The homesite is about 2 acres, 2 acres of woods giving 360 degrees of privacy. Our property is gated at the top of our drive providing even more safety for overnight.
Other things to note
Our furnishings, appliances and accessories are high end. We take a lot of pride in having nice things and sharing them with you. We trust our guests to take great care of our home as if it were their own. We also have a young child, so the house is set up with the safety of young kids in mind! There's plenty of toys for playtime here also.
