You'll find this home in the Aska Adventure Area nine miles southeast of downtown Blue Ridge, where it sits directly on the shores of the Toccoa River. Pass the morning hours rafting and fishing for trout right outside your door, gather the troops for a family hike to Fall Branch Falls (four miles west) or Springer Mountain at the southern terminus of the Appalachian Trail (19 miles south), or head into downtown Blue Ridge to go antiquing or catch a movie at the legendary Swan Drive-In Theatre.

Wake up each morning to the sounds of the river and of the leaves swaying in the breeze, and make your way into the kitchen (with a dishwasher) to prepare breakfast as a family. Bring your coffee outside to the expansive screened-in porch, head down to the river's edge to cast a morning line, or use the free WiFi to make plans for the day ahead. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
