"This was probably the best house I have rented. There were plenty of beds and rooms. The kitchen was stocked amazingly! We cooked all our meals-including a Thanksgiving dinner! The bathrooms had all the things you may have forgotten to bring. The dock was fun to fish from. Just a super wonderful house. The hosts were very responsive with all my questions, and information I didn’t know I needed! Highly recommended!!"

"I absolutely loved staying here. Highly recommend it, and will book it again. I was in town for a conference at Milliken U, and this location was ideal. The host gave excellent directions/instructions. Check-in was easy. The home is clean and comfortable with a kitchen with all of the pots, pans, dishes, etc. I was able to bring my dog and walk him around the neighborhood. Breakfast food was left on the counter and in the refrigerator. Lots of coffees and teas to choose from"

"Wonderful stay and many family memories enjoying abundance of activities! Beautiful kitchen for large family gatherings. Great outdoor kitchen to gather around for meals. Swam in heated pool and used hot tub while watching football. The rec facility had everything."

"We had a nice stay at the Holiday House. The decorations made it extra fun! We had 3 adults and 5 small kids — it was nice to let the kids play with toys and in the yard while adults hung out. The hosts were great! We had no issues with our stay, but the hosts were quick to respond when we asked for a recommendation for St. Patrick’s Day festivities."

"Our family enjoyed this historic home near Milliken University. It was so nice to have a place to "come home to" during our time in Decatur. This home gave us plenty of room to comfortably relax and I enjoyed having a kitchen and dining room for meals. Our host responded promptly to any inquiries. I would definitely consider staying again. Thank you!"

"Plenty of room for 6 adults. House was fully stocked with the essentials. Soap, t.p. plenty of towels , blankets, pillows etc. Only drawback, ice machine wasn't working properly. Only 2 small ice trays available, had to buy ice."

"I had a great time staying here. The pool is open until 10, the gym is open 24/7, and the bar was open until 9. Very few people were here, which I like. The bartender was a sweet grey bearded man who had great hospitality, and a caring tone. Although I had ordered a 1 bed king, I had gotten 2 beds queen size which didn’t bother me. Overall, it was a great stay and I WILL be returning again soon! "

"The hotel was clean, check in was smooth and friendly. Good location. My only complaint is they charge for late checkout, and even tho i was given an extra half hour to check out at 1130am, 3 different people knocked on my door at various times. Totally unnecessary! I was out at 1125am"
