"Had a lovely stay here, with great eats down the block at the Beachcomber Cafe. Location was cozy, clean, and has an amazing view. Owned by Casago, check in and check out was easy with a keypad lock. A little warm during the day due to direct sunlight, and a little chilly at night in the bedrooms where heaters are separate from the rest of the house, but otherwise quite lovely! Would definitely stay again! "

"We love everything about this property! It's clean with gorgeous views and a comfy bed. We appreciate the walk-in shower and couldn't have been more comfortable than we were. The kitchen was well stocked as we, mostly, cooked in! This host is diligent and truly cares about his guests... we hope to visit again soon!"

"This space is clean & private, excellent for one person, would be tight for 2. Everything is well-marked and easy to figure out. There is a binder with thoughtful suggestions of where to eat and what to do in the area as well as a bicycle to use around this bicycle-friendly town. The private yard is a little soggy though was welcome given the sunshine we got in the morning. Many thanks."

"We were very comfortable in this space. If only it was warmer and we could have had coffee on the patio. As is common in N California, the smell of mildew was very prevalent in the bathroom and bedroom, but it wasn't a deal breaker. But we loved being able to walk just down the street and walk the dunes and beach. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was easy to locate and a good starting point for our visits with family."

"House was spacious and clean. Plenty of space between properties and with enough trees to give a sense of seclusion. Hot tub was a nice addition but was not really included in the description. That was a great surprise. Had to buy a new non-stick pan for the kitchen, but other than that, we had no issues and really enjoyed the stay. Would absolutely come back."

"Overall a unique, and nice house and stay. If you bring a pup you should know that there is no access from the house itself to the enclosed, designated area for your dog. It was raining most of the time we were there so not much fun especially at night to have to slop around outside to get to the entrance to the gate to the dog area. This is just a heads up. "

"The property's location is minutes from town but feels like hours from the city. It's evident that a lot of love has gone into the property. The house is an open invitation for a place to relax. "We visit the town of Trinidad often, and we definitely enjoyed our stay here. It is extremely convenient to get into town. Quick drives to local beaches and our favorite restaurants. The wood burning stove was great, and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a good selection of games there for the winter evenings."
