"Property was very nice and quiet. Well kept and nice scenery. The room we had was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. I would recommend the property owner remove the dated shag carpet and put in some type of hardwood floors. Also, the couch and matching chair in the living room area is dated and appeared soiled. The bed was not a queen as advertised. It was a full. So sleeping with my husband was difficult. The Kleenex and toilet paper was rough. Sorta cheap. ...

"The fully furnished king villa was as comfortable as being at home. Spotless with all of the conveniences of home. Close by grocery and other shopping centers and the proximity to all of the shows we wanted to see made it very easy to accomplish all we had planned to do. We will definitely stay here on any future trips. 5 star all the way!"

Some reasons for providing a four star rating: the right bathroom sink was slow to drain, the patio door didn’t appear to lock although there was a stick in the door, the mattress seemed like it was due to be replaced but soft, and the furniture seemed a little worn. Be that as it may, we enjoyed our stay and almost booked for one more night!"

"We just stayed in the Reflection Cottage to celebrate our 30th anniversary & it could not have been more perfect!! Everything about this place was exactly what we were looking for! Close enough to easily get to any activities/shopping but we loved the privacy & secluded location! The hot tub was amazing!!! 10/10!!! "

"The property is as advertises. It is a short drive or a challenging walk to the heart of Eureka Springs. It was comfortable and well-appointed. It is a unique space, and we enjoyed it very much. We had a minor glitch, but the owner was very prompt and efficient in taking care of the issue. I will definitely stay there again. "

"The cabin was nice and clean. The bed for cabin 21 was very firm and yet with the gel memory foam, my wife and I slept like babies. We didn’t realize it was off-season, so be prepared if your objectives are kid related. We wanted downtime away from adulting and this was perfect for us. We loved our time here and will choose this place again."

"Overall - great. Located about a mile from the strip, which was nice (last year we stayed right on Hwy 76 and it was loud). Clean. Only real complaint: there was a plastic covering over the mattress (under the sheet) that could be felt thru the sheet that made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep. Staff was really nice and helpful. "

"I booked lake front accommodations but was unaware that the building I was staying in was adjacent to the main resort itself. The interior was nice but the outside of the buiding and the grounds it was on was no where as nice as the rest of the resort. I would stay here again but would not stay in this building considering the high price."

"My husband & I stayed here for one night. Check in was easy upon arrival. Our room was on the 4th floor, which was easy to get to after instructions from the lady at the front desk. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, we didn’t see one thing that was spotless. The room didn’t have a smell of any kind so that was great! We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be using this hotel again. "
