Hoosier Haven-walk Para o Campus da IU

Hoosier Haven is a newly renovated condo within an easy walking distance to Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles) and a bus line is located near the entrance to the complex. The 3 br Hoosier Haven features new furniture, fresh linens, a full kitchen, and can sleep up to eight people. We enjoy hosting and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so please let us know how we can best accommodate you! If Hoosier Haven is booked, check out sister property Hoosier Corner!

Don't be fooled by the modest exterior of this complex. This spacious condo has 1,500 square feet of living area to ensure a comfortable stay. Thoughtful design and proportions are evident. Three bedrooms and two full baths are upstairs, and the lower level includes a large eat-in kitchen with an abundance of counter space, a spacious living area with comfy seating and desk, and a half bath which includes a washer and dryer.

The Hoosier Haven is located on the backside of a quiet condominium complex. The residents are a mix of students and professionals that both rent and own their homes.

The Hoosier Haven is within walking distance of Assembly Hall and Memorial Stadium (1.2 miles). There is easy access to I-69 via 46 bypass, and a bus line is conveniently located near the entrance to the condominium complex.

Family trip home

Iā€™m originally from Brown County and I live in Florida with my husband and three kids (23, 21 & 16). We flew home for the holiday to see my family and spend some time on campus, basketball game, etc. The condo was beautifully redone! It was so comfortable for all of us and all of the kids slept really well (and they can be picky)! It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely recommend based on proximity to stadiums, campus and downtown! Gave 4 stars for neighborhood due to occasional non-tobacco smoke odor at certain times of the evening (could only smell it in the parking lot though, NEVER inside the unit). We would absolutely stay here again!!

Clean property

We stayed here during a visit to the IU campus. The inside of the property was very clean. Communication and check in/check out was clear and easy. We were able to easily fix meals and relax when we were not out exploring Bloomington and the surrounding area. The sweet bread rolls were a hit as well with my boys.

Great Place

This is one of those VRBOs that is true to its pictures and description. It was immaculate and comfortable. The complex it is located within is a bit rough around the edges but otherwise a great place to stay. The neighbors made their presence known occasionally, but nothing too big a deal. Recommend staying here!

Nicely equipped condo

We had an enjoyable stay at this condo. Very nicely equipped with items necessary for a long weekend stay with plenty of towels and amenities. Communication was accurate and timely. I would recommend this property. Surrounding construction noise was somewhat problematic for my athletes during their rest periods. However, this is not the owner's fault. However, it would have been nice to consider this issue at the time of booking.

Great location for Hoosiers fans to get to the games. Owner was great to communicate with and even offered us a late check out when game time was pushed back from the original scheduled time for tv purposes. Very clean and would highly recommend.

Cute little condo exactly what we were looking for

This was an excellent place to stay and the location was perfect. It was so cute and roomy and we just felt like we were at home. I personally did not sleep on the master bed but my mom did and said that that was the best night's sleep she's had in forever. I highly recommend using Stephanie's condo.

Super easy checkin and checkout. Stephanie was very responsive when we had hiccups with our stay. Loved the amount of space and small touches to keep us from needing to run out for supplies. All three of us were able to spread out. The Roku TV came in handy when there was poor weather. The owners and Stephanie have great taste in food.

Christmas in Bloomington

In this strange year, it seemed appropriate that we would also have to spend Christmas away from home for the first-time ever. We had a wonderful time, got to see our son who couldn't come home, and all four of us were together for the first time since he left in June. The condo was beautiful--comfortable and homey and had all we needed for a terrific holiday!

Hoosier Haven was the perfect home away from home. The location is outstanding, especially for visits to IU. The condo decor is soothing and inviting with comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Even better? The hosts left cinnamon rolls for us in the freezer. Weā€™ll definitely stay again!
