We want to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Here's a quick overview of what our home offers:

* **Sleeping & Entertaining:** The home comfortably sleeps 14, 5 bedrooms with 3 en-suites. There's a large dining area, a cozy den with a bar, and two separate living areas for plenty of space to spread out.
* **Kitchen & Dining:*** You'll find all the basic kitchen essentials you need, along with a coffee maker/K-cup combo, creamer, and sugar. The dining table seats 8, and there's an additional card table for 4.
* **Outdoor Space:** Enjoy the fenced-in side yard with a gas firepit and grill, or relax on the screened-in porch and watch the neighborhood deer.
* **Amenities & Location:*** We provide crisp white linens, and the home is newly decorated and furnished. We're pet-friendly with a $250 pet fee. The location is great - just a short drive to IU, Lake Monroe, and Brown County, and an easy Uber ride to downtown Bloomington.

**A Few Friendly Notes:**

* The front door smart lock can be tricky; we've provided a key for easy backup.
* The freezer doesn't have an ice maker, but we've provided ice trays and a water pitcher for your convenience.
* We can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

Grovesnor Place is the perfect spot for IU games, weddings, events, friends' trips, couples' getaways, and more. It's an easy Uber ride to downtown and offers plenty of space to spread out. The quiet neighborhood is close to all that Bloomington has to offer, and the rustic charm with a wooded backyard view is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and watching the deer on the screened-in porch or snuggling up around the fire pit.

The fenced-in yard is ideal for pet owners, and there are local restaurants, bars, and shops nearby.

Layout- The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Entering from the front door, you'll find the foyer, with a spacious laundry room to the left and the 1st en-suite (King) to the right. The main level also features a beautiful new kitchen, a large open dining room, and a living space with French doors leading to the screened-in porch. The 2nd floor offers 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full) and 1 full bathroom. The 3rd floor has 1 en-suite (King), 2 bedrooms (2 twin), and 1 full bathroom. Lastly, the lower level (basement) has the 3rd en-suite (2 full) and a bar with 2 TVs and entertaining space with French doors to the patio.

For dining, we recommend C3, Janko's, Malibu Grill, Farm, Social Cantina, and Uptown Cafe. For pizza delivery, try Pizza X, Aver's Pizza, or Baldy's.
