"Spent several nights at home for our anniversary. House was nestled in woods, away from it all and remote, which was just what we needed. Well maintained, clean, and quiet. Hot tub was a great touch and added to the Overall experience. We traveled to town for foods as needed. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a couples vacation. "

"Easy to get to, quiet remote-ish lake locale with full time residents living on same lane. Lake access is accurate - this lake and most residents have many stairs and this one was no exception but owner described this so no surprises there. The Kitchen and main living areas are on separate floors with entrances for each so was not an issue for us- each have access to decks. One of the upstairs rooms has private deck perfect for morning coffee and view of cove. this is not direct access to lake...

"We were in town for a conference and opted to stay at a cabin rather than a hotel. This cabin was perfect and had everything we wanted, including a king sized bed, hot tub, large comfortable couch, and much more. The place was extremely clean and well appointed, and communication with the property manager was prompt and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Thank you!"

"First time to the area. Easy to get to all three of the parks from the cabin. Pipestem is a beautiful park right acoss the road.The cabin was well equipped with blankets, towels & more . "We loved our long weekend here! The owners were very friendly and responsive. The property has everything you need and more. The biggest plus is its coziness. Between the open room and the great porch with pretty views of the lake, I finished a whole book. Kind of don't want to leave too good of a review because I want to keep it a secret! We WILL be back! (Note: as others have said, the cabin is not good for people who cannot do stairs)"

"This small secluded cabin was the perfect location for a family weekend with the pups. The property was scrupulously clean & beautifully decorated. We enjoyed walking the property, playing the games, and sitting on the deck watching the wildlife. We experienced some unprecedented difficulties due to a major hurricane striking the area during our stay, and both the property manager and the owner were a class act. I could not recommend this property more. "

"We had 4 adults and a 3 year old and 2 dogs for the week. The house was clean,large kitchen area and living room. We encountered rain each day and the effects of Hurricane Helene. The weather could have been better, but we had fun anyway. I would recommend this home. "

"Loved the location and the back room with the gas fireplace was really great! Place was very quaint and peaceful. A couple of the room heater remotes did not work and we had to shut these off by unplugging and the hot tub could use a new cover. These are simple things and we would definitely go back again. "
