"The house and property were great! The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The house was large and clean. The yard was large and we were impressed by the front and back patio areas. We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker! "Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues."

"We loved our stay at the cute little farmhouse!! This is our 2nd trip to stay there and it was just as pleasant and peaceful. The owners were amazing. We came in late at night and they put a beacon out by the street so it was easy to notice. Sent text messages with anything the were doing on the farm to give us a heads up.
