"Great location. There were a few issues with the shower not draining properly the first night, but it cleared up. There wasn’t a hair dryer even though it was listed. Jamie said that someone took it a couple of days before. A hot tub was listed, but we didn’t see it. The house was clean, the location was great. All in all a good place to rent for fishing trips to the San Juan river. The bedrooms are all upstairs, so not good for folks with medical issues."

"The house and property were great! The bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The house was large and clean. The yard was large and we were impressed by the front and back patio areas. We took our griddle after reading a few reviews but we were able to use the grill on property without issue. I also believe there was a smoker! The close river access is a huge plus (fishing is great). We even met a neighbor who was very nice and talked the home owner up. The lake was just short drive away,...

"This home is wonderfully staged. The beds were very comfortable. The bedding and towels are of high quality. There are televisions in all the bedrooms and the living room. There is plenty of room in the home, and it is very accommodating. It was very close to where my Husband and I had to be in attendance for our Grand Lodge Sessions. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the people around seemed very nice."

"We loved our stay at the cute little farmhouse!! This is our 2nd trip to stay there and it was just as pleasant and peaceful. The owners were amazing. We came in late at night and they put a beacon out by the street so it was easy to notice. Sent text messages with anything the were doing on the farm to give us a heads up. "This place had everything we needed! Plenty of room. We really enjoyed our stay. No problems finding it although it’s not exactly in Aztec. We had some traffic noise but we live on a very quiet street, so most may not notice this. Overall couldn’t be happier!"

"Our group (5 adults) recently over-nighted at Casa de Monteagle on our way to Chaco Culture National Park. It was comfortable, quiet, and with ample space to relax. The property was very clean and stocked with amenities to make our stay very comfortable. One small issue was the heavily scented cleaning fluids used throughout the home. This might appeal to some or be an irritant for others. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for the reasons outlined!"

"Another wonderful stay at this cabin. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay here as our elderly uncle lives up the road. So convenient getting to our uncle every day. We enjoyed nice showers and the washer/dryer as our trip was a working vacation at our uncle’s ranch. We will be back again. "
