Guidelines for a Memorable Stay at Mt. Maplewood Lake House! To ensure a harmonious experience for all our guests, please take note of the following rules and optional add-ons:
* Guest Minimum Age Requirement: A minimum age of 25 is required for all renters unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. No parties or groups. Cars: 5 Max.
* Maximum Occupancy: Legal Limit: The maximum occupancy, as per STR Ordinance, is 10 guests MAX (including infants) = 8 adults + 2 small kids
* Serene Evenings: To maintain a tranquil family setting, we observe quiet hours starting at 9 pm. This ensures a peaceful atmosphere for everyone's enjoyment and compliance.
* Dog-Friendly Policy: We welcome up to 2 adult dogs as part of your family adventure. Fees: A fee of $25/dog, per day is applicable for each approved dog. Sorry NO Cats.
* Boating Season: Memorial Day to Labor Day: The use of boats is permitted during this period, excluding inclement weather conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
ā¢ Refund Details: Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in. 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days prior to check-in (depending on your Channel Partner).
ā¢ Cancellation Process: A reservation is officially canceled when the guest notifies Mt. Maplewood Lake House in writing and obtains online cancellation in the booking system. Applicable taxes and credit card charges will be retained and remitted.
ā¢ Refunds: For a refund of accommodation fees, cancellation must be made 14-30 full days prior to the listingās local check-in time (or 4:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check-in. No refund is available for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in. * Non-Refundable Option is Not Refundable.
ā¢ Early Departure: If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
ā¢ Acknowledgment: By booking this rental, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this document and the rental agreement.
