"Breakfast staff/lady sounded Rude. She seem to be primarily interested in cleaning her area instead of serving the guest. Front of the desk person in the morning time did not care to help much with the area resources. Need to improve communication skills. Put a welcoming staff member who is warm smiling and wiling to help. Same with the breakfast area staff."

"There was NOT one thing that could have made our stay better. We were celebrating our birthdays & “Tony” made sure it was a special stay. Tony gave us a delicious drink and a gift of chocolates. Our room was beautiful, comfortable & clean. The bathroom was big & spectacular. In the morning we had great coffee & there was a buffet of many different things to eat - a great variety, & everything was really good.
