The location is great and the property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it was not nearly as good as it could have been.
-The couch was broken and the rest of the seating was not comfortable (metal chairs!)
-there is no air conditioning and it was super hot and muggy.
-the blinds were broken and so the sun was beating in the whole day, making it even hotter. Host did say they were ordering new ones, but curtains in the meantime would have been helpful.
-the t.v. was not working
-the main bedroom is upstairs and is a loft, not an actual bedroom. No privacy and stairs were not mentioned, which are not ideal for me.
-the door to the bathroom in the main bedroom needs fixing.... it is super hard to close.
-the clubhouse is great, and i was looking forward to playing raquetball, sunce i haven't played in years, but there were no paddles/racquetballs available to use or rent anywhere, which was super frustrating and disappointing. That was one of the main reasons i chose this property.
All things are fixable and like i said, it has potential. Hopefully the host will make a few changes and it will be better for you!
