"Our family of 4 visited the area around Oberon to go fossicking and Hillcrest Farm Stay was a fabulous place to stay. The accommodation was very comfortable, warm and well equipped. The kids particularly enjoyed the fire pit in the cold weather! The host, Neil, was very responsive in the lead up, and also hospitable and attentive during our stay. We will definitely be back!"

"The property was perfectly warm & comfortable for my husband, my granddaughter and myself. Paper towel & tissues wld be a good addition. The wifi password being available instead of having to contact the host. Greater care cld be taken with cleaning behind furniture etc. but all up a very comfortable & enjoyable stay. "

"Eugenia’s home offered a true piece of heaven overlooking the serene landscape adjoining Lake Oberon. We drove past admiring the breath taking view with giant granite boulders dotted all along the water’s edge, and sheep peacefully grazing on the hills, not realising this would be our vista for the weekend. Her home is welcoming and clean, and well adorned with her travels and interests, which make for a relaxing place for visitors wanting to unwind and indulge in some reading or board games, or...

"wonderful weekend shared in cold wintery weekend. Just what we needed. The Convent is beautifully decorated and so comfortable.Really enjoyed the fireplace and heaters in. the rooms . Electric blankets also marvellous. Breakfast provided was very much appreciated by all.Our family could relax and enjoy each other's company and the Convent made it special. Thank you."
