"Property owner was very nice and responded very quickly. The apt was very clean and I was more than pleased with my stay. Easy walk or drive to downtown Hardy. The neighbors were very nosy all night but that’s really the only complaint I had. Everything else was perfect. "

"We watched the eclipse from the pretty patio looking over the Spring River. All was relaxed and friendly. Some may dislike the steep driveway, but there was plenty of parking once you get up the driveway. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the Hardy area."

"The cabin itself is comfortable and perfect for those who come to the area to enjoy all the outside adventures this area has to offer… During our time here (Thanksgiving) it was too cold for us to do a float trip, but we got in some hiking—the area is beautiful! We made good use of the grill and fire pit in the evenings and enjoyed the company of a couple friendly dogs and an adorable kitty who we assumed lived nearby. "Stayed here for Christmas. Absolutely adorable property. So clean. So inviting. So cozy. I ended up staying an extra night which was painless to arrange. Host is very accommodating and fast to respond to my questions and request. This place housed 2 of us very comfortable. Even has a bathroom upstairs in the loft bedroom. I will def be back to this property. Was a great experience, do yourself a favor and go ahead and book :)"

"The property was as advertised. Everything was clean and in a peaceful location. We were a bit surprised at the size of the "lake" as it ended up being more of a pond. We did take the kayaks out but the water is pretty nasty and not ideal for swimming or fishing. That was all fine though because thr purpose of our trip was to float the Spring River. Overall a great stay and i would return."

"The property was very adequate for our family. Preparing meals was very easy since kitchen was fully supplied with all the necessary cooking equipment along with dishes and silverware. The only thing that we had conerns about was the condition of the last 1/8th of a mile, of the road into the property. It was uneven and in need of additional gravel and grading work."

"This property is good but could be so much better with just a few updates. Overall it was clean and in a perfect location near the downtown area. The blinds were in a bit of disrepair. Many were damaged. The bed sheets were rather rough, new but a lower quality. There were no games, not even a deck of cards. We had 4 towels to 3 people over two nights. With two of them women, that was a bit on the low side. There is one tv in the living room. None in the bedrooms. This isn't a huge issue...
