Filled with cozy furnishings and pops of color throughout, there are plenty of spaces to gather or enjoy quiet solo time.

Warm up around the wood-burning fireplace in the living room as you stream the latest movies and shows, enjoy meals together at the outdoor dining table on the screened porch, or read your favorite book beside the creek in the sunshine. In the morning, watch the sunrise and sip your coffee on the front porch before taking advantage of the high-speed internet to answer a few emails and work on creative projects. Whip up a quick and delicious breakfast in the kitchen complete with a smooth surface stove, ample counter space & 2 different types of coffeemakers (French press & Standard Drip), and when you're ready, ride your bike or take a stroll into The Little Town that Rocks, Black Mountain, just minutes away.

Upper Level: Bedroom with a Queen bed & full en suite bath (shower only, no tub); Bedroom with a Double bed; Bedroom with 3 Twins; Full bathroom in the hallway.
Lower Level: Laundry area with washer/dryer.

Please Note: Sheets and towels are NOT provided but can be rented from Greybeard. The unfinished basement is only for accessing the washer/dryer. The home has central air, and there is a mini-split/ductless air system in the upper-level primary bedroom.
