"Great hotel! The room was very spacious and staff very friendly. The pub downstairs is a plus and the food was great! Parking was on the street but free and was very easy and we literally parked at the hotel door. Was very easy to reach Inverness, Culloden and Clava Cairns + Nairn is a super cute little town. High recommend this stay :) "

"Without question, this was the worst hotel I've stayed in, in years. There was no manager on duty when we arrived (late afternoon - certainly not off-hours), so one of the bartenders had to check us in - and she seemed put out by it. The room had not been cleaned properly; there was a *USED* condom in the bathroom!!!! And, the drain in the *tiny* shower stall didn't work. Again; no manager to be found, so I had to deal with another rude bar server again. They took care of removing the condom...

"This hotel is located in a very small county just a few minutes away from Inverness. The rooms seemed to have been renovated recently and are very well decorated, including the bathroom. The amenities are very nice and the staff is very very firendly. The only down side of this place is that you have to check in and out inside a bar, once there is no reception in the place.
