"The owner was very helpful in responding to us. We enjoyed the quiet location where we could relax and do laundry when we weren't spending time with our friends nearby. We did bring our own toilet paper to supplement what was left in the house and we paid a bit extra to have bedding and towels provided. All in all, it was a very desirable location. "Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

"The beautiful view and space was luxurious! The host was always available and helpful. The fresh fruits and vegetables shared with us by the land manager were delicious!!! And pool was clean and well kept. The mattresses and pillows are very old and uncomfortable and very much need to be updated. Some of the full size beds were actually two cots put together. This was disappointing. Not enough blankets and towels were provided."

"Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were."

Laura and Valerio were excellent hosts responding very quickly to any questions we had about restaurants , shops , groceries etc We were at the house Oct 18-22- its the end of season and hotels, ,restaurants etc are starting to close On Laura’s recommendation we drove into Diamante and enjoyed the shops, murals and restaurants there. The photos of the property on VRBO are very accurate and the house is very well maintained....

"O quarto era ótimo, o staf super simpático. Foi uma estadia ótima para nossas férias, um lugar central para acessar as praias da Calabria e TB para irmos a Cosenza resolver algumas coisas. Única sugestão é que fossem um pouco mais rígidos com o uso da máscara mas áreas internas do hotel. Hóspedes usando o elevador sem máscara e saindo na frente da recepção sem qualquer tubo de advertência em relação a obrigatoriedade da máscara. Fora isso tudo excelente!"
