"We stay at Lively every time we go to the beach to surf at JP Luby. It’s the only building in the area, never crowded, and feels like home. The grounds are clean, the rooms have everything we need and are tastefully furnished. If we could buy into a membership or a timeshare here, we would!"

"We stayed here for the Holiday. It was close to the beach and allowed us to enjoy the water but also be close enough to rest afterwards without a long drive. We visited a few places in Corpus Christi like the USS Lexington. It was nice to just have family time and relax. We loved the ability to cook dinners for our family. We will be back next year!!"

"Very nice well maintained property. Christina was very helpful and always available. Overall the property was clean but could use a little TLC just from my perspective. As a guest it was the perfect place for our little family. "

We extended our stay (birth of a grand baby during that week😀) but unfortunately, someone else had the condo booked, and we rented a different condo in the same area. "This property was very close to the beach, clean and well stocked with necessary essentials. The beds and pillows were comfy and Jim is very responsive to inquiries via text. Although the weather was a bit too chilly to partake, the heated pool was still a nice feature of the property."

"This property is perfect, from the accommodations, to fishing off the dock, to the pool and even parking. The only thing i would note it its on yhe 3rd floor so with a toddler that was rough the first day or two and definitely wouldn't work for someone with a handicap."

The internet did not work at all the whole week I called customer service, rebooted the modem, nothing worked, I asked if the bill had been paid for the service they checked with the local people, never heard back. "Everything was very good, very nice. The bad thing was the breakfast, bad service. They only offered coffee and waffles, and they didn't have coffee. They didn't have plates. The waffle mix ran out.
