Your 60 square meter apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living / dining room, bathroom and balcony also has a large garden with lawn, garden shed with terrace and garden furniture and barbecue area, for your sole use! The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished to a high standard and is located on the first floor of a very carefully renovated house. The entire apartment is furnished with elegant furniture made from oiled wild oak and real carpets. The balcony with its teak furniture is ideal for breakfast in the sun. In the spacious living room with leather sofa and leather armchairs and flat screen TV there is also a large dining table with four chairs. One of the two double bedrooms is also equipped with a flat screen TV.
Next to you is the caretaker's apartment and another 120 sqm apartment on the ground floor.
Immediately after the holiday home is the extensive children's playground, where your little ones can romp around to their hearts' content. From the house there is a circular trail around the entire estate, ideal for a walk with your four-legged friend, as well as numerous hiking trails through the wonderful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land.
At the well located riding stables there are riding possibilities on a school horse for children and adults. Riding lessons can be arranged with the riding instructor upon arrival. We ask you to discuss the possible availability with the riding instructor.
Despite the isolated location of the estate, it has excellent connections to the infrastructure of the Berchtesgadener Land. About 800 m away there is a large shopping center with a well-stocked Edeka, Rossmann, work market, hairdresser, clothing and sports shops, pizzeria, flower shop, café, massage studio, ATM, bakery and petrol station.
The spa town of Bad Reichenhall with the wellness oasis Rupertustherme, the elegant pedestrian zone with numerous restaurants and shops, the old saltworks with the salt museum, the spa park and spa center with theater and concert hall are only 9 km away. Berchtesgaden with the world-famous salt mine, the House of Mountains, Watzmann and Königssee is only 11 km away.
A stroll in the world-famous Salzburg with its Getreidegasse with Mozart's birthplace, cafes, elegant boutiques, Festunt Hohensalzburg, Festspielhaus and the imposing cathedral also offers itself, as it is only 25 km away.
