Summary:
Welcome! Our 5-bedroom/3-bathroom home boasts more than 3500 square feet offering comfortable accommodations for large families and groups of friends traveling together! Between beds and sofa beds, we can comfortably accommodate 19 guests! We preserved the historic charm of our 1920s home but added modern amenities. Guests can expect to find beautiful details throughout, a fully furnished interior, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large back deck, and a private pool! Pets are welcome with a fee.
The Space:

Guests will enter through the back door by using a digital keypad. Upon entering, the first floor has two living rooms, two dining spaces, a fully-equipped kitchen, a laundry room, an office nook, three full bathrooms, and three bedrooms. Upstairs has the last two bedrooms.
In the first living room is a sofa, a loveseat, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The second living room has two small sofas and a SmartTV. Both dining tables are beautiful large farm tables with two chairs and two benches each.
The fully-equipped kitchen has all the essential cookware and dinnerware items needed to make meals.
Two of the three bathrooms have a shower/tub combination, and the last has a stand-up shower.
On the first floor are three of the five bedrooms. The first bedroom has two full beds. The second has a king bed. The third has three full beds. Upstairs the first bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk. The second has a twin bed.
Outback is a large deck with patio furniture, a grill, and a private pool!
NOTE: we have weekly maintenance and cleaning performed on our pool. The pool services do not take long and will not disrupt your stay. We will need access to the yard/pool area if you stay with us on service day. Thanks for understanding!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the back door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
Our home is located two miles from Birmingham CrossPlex and has easy access to I-65.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Some guests have told us that they do not like our neighborhood. We think it is great, and have never had any security issues, but we understand that everyone has different experiences and want to make sure you are comfortable in our home. If you are concerned about the neighborhood, we would be happy to talk with you about it, and refund if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. We will not provide a refund upon arrival if you decide you do not like the area.
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
