"This is an amazing property. So close to town but amazingly quiet. Everything has been thought of from a lovely breakfast platter to all the extras provided to cook with. Nothing has been overlooked. The stables accommodation is beautifully fitted out and immaculate. It is a great base to see the Adelaide Hills and visit to beautiful Barossa valley. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. I reported that the Wifi didn’t work for our 2-3 day stay, and the Safe Box didn't work either. Plus, the iron although it worked perfectly, leaked water onto the carpet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. "

Room ticked all the boxes except there was something going on with wet area on carpet in front to bathroom door. "Incredibly relaxing stay! Bed was very comfortable (great for my bad back) fireplace in the Lounge Room with lovely outdoor bath was fantastic. I simply loved having a sauna inside the bathroom. When we arrived, we saw our little welcome pack with breakfast provisions for the first day and feed so we could feed the cows, goats and alpacas on the property. "

We found it a welcoming place to relax and enjoy the established extensive gardens around the retreat.The little touches made it special-a full fruit bowl, fresh milk , a variety of breakfast cereals, fresh coffees and a variety of teas etc. Kate and Andy were very welcoming - - thank you for the delicious homemade berry jam and fresh homegrown rhubarb.
