"This property has great character. Victoria has a very creative and inspired touch in decorating and detailing the renovation of the property. It’s quirky, fun and extremely comfortable and well appointed! The bed is superior in comfort. Kylie Koala is right above the cabin comfortably perched in the gum tree outside. "We visited from the US as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. We loved the remoteness of the property and seeing the kangaroo & echidna right out the window. If you’re a bird watcher, there is plenty to see! Accommodations were top notch. Excellent quality linens and really comfortable beds. We would stay again if visiting KI in the future. "The home is comfortable and gorgeous and we loved the wood heater as it was cold enough to use it and we have one like it at home. Proximity to Flinders Chase NP was important for us and the lovely beach was readily accessible for long walks. But what we loved most were the wallabies that came down to the cottage every afternoon for a feed - they were very entertaining and we loved feeding and watching them. "

"We loved staying at this property - so close to everything - and comfortable. A real home away from home. The only thing I would recommend is to provide extra towels. There were only one set for the week for us. I know we could have washed them - but we were on holiday! Who wants to do laundry?! Other than that, loved it!!"
