"Self contained downstairs floor in larger home. You will get suburban noise & some from upstairs - didn’t bother me. Peaceful spot, handy to nice walks, coffee spots, and 20-25 min easy walk to North Broulee beach (2 min drive). Lovely hosts - even gave me freshly ground coffee. Recommend. "

"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...

"A very cool property, Paul has built this cabin from recycled materials. There is a smaller enclosed yard, then the driveway yard, and a horse paddock. My partner and I enjoyed sitting on the verandah and the deck, watching the country life go by and watching the dogs play. Paul is an excellent host, maintaining clear communication, offering to reset the fireplace and firepit as needed. We are planning on coming back at some point."

"Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."

"The booking in process was simple and well organised and directions to our cabin were clearly marked on a map handed to us on check in. Our cabin was directly opposite the pool which was fantastic. The cabin was clean and functional with all the appliance working. I couldn't complain about anything except maybe the floor being a bit cleaner and the dishwashing liquid had run out.
