Twenty beautiful acres to roam with great south east views of the mountains. The Jewel Basin hiking trails are just a 15 minute drive. Enjoy the incredible views of the valley below from high on the peaks of the Swan Range.

Once turning on to Coverdell Rd at the Saint John Paul Catholic Church it is the 3rd driveway on your left immediately after the Rising Mountain Assisted Living. 0.2 of a mile from hwy 35. Siri & goggle maps takes you too far down Coverdell Rd.

Nice place

Enjoyed the quiet countryside. Had to walk upstairs over the garage. No problem. A wad of hair/lint rolled out from under the bed, but, otherwise the room was clean.

Gracious Host Spectacular property

The property was absolutely beautiful and convenient to Bigfork and West Glacier. I didn't read the description close enough - no air and only a ceiling fan. Only one window had a screen. Could use a few more towels and some basics like utensils and paper towel. Beds comfortable!

Met our needs

Off beaten path which was perfect for first night traveling Montana smallish towns. Mostly just spent the overnight there - beds and shower were good. Only drawback was couldnā€™t figure out how to lock door. Couldā€™ve called Lee but werenā€™t that worried about it.

Glacier trip

Nice little bonus room above the garage. No air conditioning and the room was really hot at checkin. Would recommend a box fan to pull cool air from outside. Is an 45 minute drive from Glacier park. There was no way for me to secure the room from the outside since we were not issued a key so that was odd.but the room was great and had a beautiful view

Still fantastic!

This was the fifth year my daughter and I stayed at this property and it remains one of our favorite places. Lee continues to be a gracious host and we look forward to hopefully returning next year!

Pleasant experience

Spacious area above 3-bay garage that includes beds, kitchen, and sitting area, and a separate bathroom. The owner was pleasant and quickly responded to our requests. (Exception: I left several voices messages that were never returned. Found out after arriving that he prefers texting.) Check-in process wasnā€™t well communicated (which is why I had left several messages, but all thatā€™s needed is to just show up after 4. One last thing: if youā€™re accustomed to A/C, there isnā€™t any. The ceiling fan and open windows was adequate when we were there. We would book again if visiting the area.

Nice place to stay in Big Fork

Entire upstairs suite over garage is yours. Great feel on a very large property. About a quarter mile off the road and nice and private. Well worth a stay when you're near Flathead Lake. A couple of miles from Big Fork's small and quaint downtown which is on the lake.

Fantastic, homey, well-equipped

Lee was amazing and very communicative with us as guests. The property was great and easy to find. The guest house was very cleanly and had all the amenities we could ask for! It was a great place for us to decompress after a week of long hikes!

Fantastic Stay at Proctor Studio

My wife and I spent our first wedding anniversary at Proctor Studio. Lee is a wonderful host. Everything was clean and neat, private and relaxing. He even gave us a tour of his gallery and a demonstration in his studio. We had very friendly conversations and we felt right at home. We will highly recommend anyone to stay at Lee's place.

Charming stay

This was my fourth year staying at this location and I look forward to coming back next year. I love the location of this place. Not far from town at all, yet far enough removed to enjoy some country silence. It is also easy to get on the highway to head to Kalispell, which is a decently easy drive. Lee Proctor is and has been a gracious host. His demeanor adds a level of comfortableness to the stay that I appreciate.

Quick visit

Just stayed the night as we were traveling through. Unique property. We got in late in the afternoon and left quite early so no time to visit or explore the property. It was quite hot when we got into the property. We opened windows and thankfully there was a cool breeze so we could sleep comfortably. Would suggest a floor fan(fans) for hotter days.
