"My family of 20+/- had a wonderful time here. The space was great and accommodated us all. We didn't get to use the game room in the other house, but it was super spacious and could fit another host of folks (10+ ppl). There were plenty of restrooms/bathrooms, and sleeping rooms. "My husband, 22 year old son and I had a great stay. The cottage was very clean and in a quiet location. Frank responded quickly to messages sent regarding the stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings. After hiking during the day we had fun picking a movie from the DVD collection and relaxing in the evenings. "Everything was perfect about this trip. A lot of rest, hiking, eating, and quiet. We loved the house with the beautiful decks, well stocked kitchen, comfy bed, cozy living room and it was pet friendly so our golden could be part of the adventure. "The cottage is beautifully situated in the woods near the main road but not on it. Arnold is a lovely little town. If you have ATT- there is no service outside. However the WiFi in the cottage was great. Get your directions before you leave! The furnishings are lovely and it was very clean. We had trouble with the entry code but the property manager arrived quickly to help. We would definitely stay here again"

The kitchen was one of the best equipped I have used. and the large living area gives plenty of space if you have a large group. The back patio is wonderful for relaxing.
