"This property was all about peace and quiet. The owners were next door and seemed to be really friendly. They had activities such as paddle boards and a canoe. We brought our 2 labs and they really enjoyed it. Wildlife everywhere. Watch for the deer, they are plentiful and they have no fear of cars. One came within 30 ft of us while we were having dinner on the deck. I would definitely recommend the sugar maple."

"We used the rental as headquarters for daily disc golfing excursions to the local courses. All guests had ample room. Operating light switches for common spaces was not intuitive. Also the lower patio door would not open from the inside. The front door locking mechanism was cumbersome with a 10digit code needed each time to open. On-site grill was not gas as the listing stated."

"Spacious and comfortable cabin. Could use a better can opener and cutting board. Also, some curtains on lower front bedroom windows would provide privacy from guests arriving at front door. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"This house checked all the boxes for our family. The house is beautiful, well-appointed (including the kitchen for a family that likes to cook), and has multiple spaces to connect with family. The unexpected bonus was the amazing fishing on the lake. My husband hooked 3 musky! We'll be back next year to see if he can actually land one! ;-) "

"Beautifully well kept log cabin with modern amenities. Private and peaceful. Caught nice sized crappies right from dock. ATV trails right at driveway. Responsive and detailed information from host. Mercer has a nice store for groceries and more. Several gas stations. Highly recommend. Will stay again. "
