"Booked a cabin for my husband's 40th. He wanted a cabin near the woods and water. We hosted two friends as well. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed and was within both walking and driving distance to everything we wanted to do. "

"We wanted to hike the state park and the nature center trails, visit Oak Beach and Port Austin, and this location was perfect for us. It was just as promised, and we really enjoyed our time there. "

"This place is just as advertised on this site. Very spacious and open floor plan. The atv trails were nice for the young adults to use. The fishing ponds are hard to get to due to many overgrown weeds. Everyone loved looking at all the animals in the house. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials except hand towels. We had 17 adults and 6 small children and had plenty of room. Host worked well with us and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We had an awesome stay. The cabin was very clean and stocked with everything you needed. The location was great, close to the downtown area and easy access to the private beach across the street. We were lucky enough to see deer and turkeys multiple times throughout the stay, which the kids were so excited about."

"Beautiful private beach just a short walk. Close proximity to both Port Austin & CasevilleWe went to the beach every day. Did some hiking, shopping, farmers markets, walked the pier. All around great trip with my Son, daughter in law & grandkids. The cabin is cozy, good accommodations. Also has a fabulous porch! "
