"My only complaint is easy to fix. There was no toilet tissue in the bathroom. I bought my own at IGA. But I'm still giving you a 5 Star rating as I'm sure this was probably a one-time oversight with the cleaning crew."

"The booking was smooth. I actually asked to move the dates and the owners made it happen with no fuss. I got in and had no issues. I did think there was a cooking surface and didn’t have one, but other than that everything was good "

"My husband and I are repeat booker’s of this property. We have fur children and the fenced in yard is so convenient. I love the option of the kayak. The washer and dryer amenity also make things so convenient for when you need them. "

"Close to FSU and our activities. Studio was clean and had a full size fridge and stove. At night neighborhood was quiet. Stores we also conveniently located."

"My husband and I, and our 3 children stayed for a week for our oldest sons 10 th birthday! It's very well maintained with all the necessities of home, and a great location to the beach, all the shops, and park! "

"Sandtrap1 was a great place to stay for a week. It was very clean and the rooms were spacious. The deck was a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and the covered patio was a nice benefit for the time it rained. The walking path next to the unit was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. We were close enough to the beach while secluded on a quiet road. The owners were great with communication and the bonus treats were a nice touch. We are looking forward to staying at Sandtrap again. "

"Our stay was great. The property was as advertised. The location is in Frenchtown, historic side of town but is known for its homelessness and just in general a rougher side of town. When you turn on the street you will be alarmed at first but it’s totally fine! We didn’t have any issues and the property owner was very communicative and quickly answered any questions I had. My family and I would stay again!"

"The property inside looked exactly like the pictures. It was clean and neat and comfortable. It is centrally located and close to the University which makes it very convenient, but the surrounding areas are quite run down. "

"Talk about a very clean space and the pics are exactly how pristine this place is!! 3 BRs/3 Baths, clean floors, comfy beds, view of a water feature in the back with an outdoor seating area (didn't experience unfortunately). What a splendid spot, and not far from downtown. Pillows are too big for my liking and there are some ants along the base board at the entry door. Something that should be treated. Overall, beautiful condo!!! "
