"Since we planned to utilize the yard area, we found it a little disappointing, mainly needed a little more upkeep. Patio was covered with leaves and dirt, as was the table there as well, which could easily been improved with a little cleaning. There were also plastic bottles, papers, pieces of aluminum foil, forks and broken glass strewed around the yard. Also backyard gate only had part of the lock attached; so couldn’t be locked. All these things could easily be remedied to bring this nice...

"The tiny home was air conditioned and very clean and cozy.The host was so sweet and accommodating. Highly recommend!"

"The house is beautiful and perfectly captures the west Texas feel. It was very convenient for visiting both the state and national parks and terligua, but off the beaten path enough for some solitude. Kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. No tv, but that was a plus- more time for star gazing. Only critique was shower pressure was very low, but it wasn't a big issue for us as we were out hiking every day. Would definitely recommend! It exceeded our expectations."

"Went for the chili cook off. Enjoyed BBNP. Cemetery for day of the dead is a must experience. Locution was perfect, close to everything. Unpaved road to the property is rough. Glad we had our Bronco. The property is exactly as described. Quiet and peaceful but close to lots of activities. "

"Five stars overall. This was my first rodeo. Seven 70 year old guests spending eight nights, checking out El Paso and NM hiking, wine, and beer. And the Mexican food, and TACOs. A fantastic time was had by all. Now, onto the criticisms, hopefully taken constructively. The spa cannot be isolated, and thus is useless. (We were warned.) Funky plumbing in laundry room shower required the host to tell us how to turn it off. Written instructions would have been better. The washing machine has...
