Check-In:
Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Please complete the welcome submission form prior to your arrival to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
Pets:
• There is a $60 pet fee per dog (maximum of 3 dogs).
• Dogs must remain off furniture and beds at all times.
• When leaving the premises, dogs must be crated.
• Dogs should be kept on a leash and close by at all times while outside.
Trash:
• All trash must be bagged and placed in the designated trash cans.
• If trash overflows, please contact us for directions to an offsite dump location.
Fireplace:
• This property features a fake log insert—no firewood is needed.
• Ensure the chain-link guard rail is closed after lighting the fireplace.
• The ring flute should remain to the right at all times.
Thermostat:
• Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay.
• Before checking out, return the thermostat to 55°F.
Kitchen Cleanup:
• Please clean the kitchen after meals, including handwashing dishes, to avoid additional cleaning fees.
BBQ Grill:
• Clean the grill and turn off the propane tank valve after use to avoid a $100 cleaning and propane refill fee.
Spa:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup buildup.
• Set the spa to your desired temperature and return it to 95°F when finished.
• If the spa water becomes murky, a dump and refill will be required, which incurs a $175 charge.
• Ensure the spa cover is sealed and clipped tightly after use.
Locking the Door:
• Lock the door before leaving by pressing the checkmark on the keypad.
• Confirm that the deadbolt is securely closed before departing.
Snow Removal:
• Plow services will automatically clear snow during or after 3 inches of snowfall.
