☆ Family friendly: Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate young families. We have a pack N plays and crib sheets available, plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups and kids spoons, knives and forks and kids toys, books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
*Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!

TRAVELING IN WINTER
• CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn't allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.

• Primary guest must be at least 18 years old, sign a rental agreement and provide a copy of photo ID
• Park in driveway only. No street parking allowed
• Per county code, quiet hours are between 10pm-10am Sun-Sat. This includes the use of the outdoor amenities (including hot tub) past 10pm.
• No smoking or vaping allowed on premises, in or outside the home.
• All pets are required to be on a leash when outside the property line, or if property is not fenced in, and all dogs are required to be licensed.
• Service fee of $25.00 per bag of trash left inside/outside the home. All trash to be disposed of in the appropriate bins located on-site.
