Welcome to our beautiful newly renovated & spacious mountain retreat in the heart of Big Bear! This gorgeous 4,100 Sq Ft getaway has 7-bedrooms, 5-bathrooms with 2 very spacious living rooms. The space
As you step inside, be prepared to be wowed by the two inviting living rooms (with two large smart TVS) perfect for relaxing with friends and family after a day of adventure. The large dining table and kitchen is ideal for communal meals and gatherings, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The Kitchen is stocked with a variety of cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishware, oven, stove, fridge (and extra fridge in the game room garage), Keurig machine, regular coffee pot, crockpot, dishwasher, microwave, and bar stool seating for 4 at the kitchen island. We also have a children's table with 2 chairs for the littles!

1: The downstairs has 1 bedroom with ensuite bathroom that has a full size bed and TV
2: Master Bedroom has a King bed with ensuite bathroom, large bathtub and shower, large tv and wood burning fireplace
3: Two full beds with ensuite bathroom
4: King bed and Full Bed with ensuite bathroom and TV
5: Twin over Twin bunkbed with a twin bed and TV
6: Full bed with working desk, chair, TV and bathroom attached to the 7th bedroom
7: Full bed with chair, TV and bathroom attached with the 6th bedroom
For those who appreciate outdoor relaxation, our cabin boasts a barrel sauna, jacuzzi, and large outdoor area– perfect for unwinding while surrounded by the beauty of Big Bear. The backyard boasts a vey large area that backs into the forest with beautiful views of the trees. Enjoy the crisp mountain air and starlit nights by the gas firepit with 5 Adirondack chairs. This mountain escape has 4 upper level decks to enjoy the fresh mountain air from multiple spaces.
The very large backyard provides ample space for outdoor activities and games, making it an ideal place for children to play and everyone to enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Inside, our cabin features an entertaining game room (this is in the garage, it is NOT climate controlled) equipped with darts, a pop-a-shot basketball game, hook ring game, and a small bar for your enjoyment. You will have access to the entire home, driveway, and yard. NO street parking.
Other things to note
We monitor this house with outside camera surveillance and noise monitors to maintain the quiet integrity of the surrounding neighborhood. This is not a party house and all guests must agree to the rules prior to booking. This home is wonderful for friends and family, but the house rules are strict to make sure we respect the local neighbors.
Max occupancy 12.
Max 7 cars and ONLY parked in the driveway and absolutely NO street parking, you will be evicted without refund and charged $2,000 per car parked in the street. The city is very strict with parties and street parking, no exception. There is no garage parking.
NO Parties -- if we receive a noise complaint, it's immediate eviction (we have noise monitors and monitor this). Quiet hours are at 10pm -- NO hot tub or sauna after 10pm.
No Smoking inside (we have smoke sensors).
Minimum age requirement is 21 years old and proof of ID will be required.
No pets.
