"Each January we travel to Crystal River with a group of 14 women to swim with the Florida manatees. Its a high energy week and finding the right place to " call home" is really important. The waterfront house on Watersedge Dr is absolutely perfect for large groups. The shared living space is ideal for a group with plenty of comfy chairs and couches with a huge TV set. "My sister and I were there to watch my granddaughter’s competition over the weekend. We were not a fan of the cassette toilet, nor the sleeping area in the loft reachable by a ladder. Would be perfect for younger people, not 70 year olds unless it was a single as there is a downstairs sleeping area for 1. The location was excellent and the property was very nice."

"Nice small cozy home away from home. Paula was very nice and responded to all my concerns. I appreciated the little extra touches she did. Enjoyed my stay there. "

"My dad, my grandmother, my sister and I and our spouses and kids met here for thanksgiving. The large table with views of the rainbow river was a perfect place for a perfect meal. I grew up on those waters and enjoyed spending my holiday there. The house gave us plenty of room to be together but also have our space. We used the kayaks and tubes and enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you so much for opening your property to us "

"This is a clean quiet cottage with a great host. This is a carpenter built house that is very well kept and cared for. The host, Gary, did a great job communicating and was receptive to requests. "

"This property has so much to offer and it is in such an aswesome location. The owner reached out and was so friendly with so many recommendations. Check in was a breeze- the house is super well stocked with everything you will possibly need. Such a fun place to stay to enjoy the rainbow river and surrounding area. We highly reccomned it!!"

"We had such a great time during our stay. The home was so comfortable which was good because the first couple of days it was pretty cold. The canal acces couldn't have been better. The home was clean and had plently of room for all of our guests. We would love to stay here again!!!! "

"We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was beautiful , comfortable and perfect for our girls trip. We saw dolphins in the backyard and various types of birds. It was peaceful! So glad we stayed there!!"

"The property is in a great location, 5-10 min from everywhere we needed to go. There’s an awesome breakfast restaurant right on the corner (walk distance). The property has a nice backyard with Kayaks, firepit, grill and an awesome view! It was super clean including towels and sheets and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. A very large Parking space was a plus!"

"We live about an hour from this rental & just wanted to get away for a peaceful stay. We were not disappointed! It’s quiet with beautiful views. The home is cozy, spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the local restaurants like the Freezer. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs, and they loved it as well! It was too cold for swimming, but the pool was well maintained. Great firepit area as well! We would definitely stay here again. "
