"This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus."

"The property was easy to find and check in/access was also easy. We loved the main floor layout-plenty of space for our family and multiple gathering options. The bedrooms were great and everyone slept comfortably. It was a quick 7 min drive to the family’s home we were visiting and easy access to the highway as well. "The property was clean and cozy, beautifully and seasonally decorated, and had everything we needed! The bed was comfy and the bedding, plentiful. The outdoor space--porches and dock--were some of the best I've ever seen. The view was outstandingly good. It was an ideal spot to visit the Quad Cities from."

"We had a church group attending a conference in the area. Most of us were up at the Renwick, but the guest house was a great inexpensive option for three extra bedrooms. The house is quaint and well kept. "

"So beautiful!! The views of the river and the inside of the home what they have done to it! Really good job! Love the windows getting up enjoying coffee and looking at the river in the morning!! We will be staying again"

Everything in the previous comments was true so I went in knowing and none of it bothered us because we were looking for a peaceful stay near the river and that's exactly what we got! "I stayed in room 318. The shower door has open space between the bottom of the glass shower door and the floor/base. A significant amount if water sprayed/leaked from the shower onto the bathroom floor each time I showered. I had to mop the floor after every shower. Other than that issue, everything else was great."
