Inside, an open-concept living space is dressed with bright, beachy decor and wall art, comfortable furniture, and lots of natural light streaming in through two broad sliding glass doors leading out to the furnished private balcony and screened-in wrap-around porch. When you're not out exploring the fantastic beaches or hiking trails, pluck a favorite DVD from the private movie library and kick back on the living room sofa to enjoy it with lots of hot buttered popcorn. You'll love soaking in the shared pool and hot tub after a long, leisurely bike ride, and a private washer/dryer is on hand to take care of your dirty laundry, so you can even pack light! Use the high-speed WiFi to research a new recipe for tonight's dinner party, then get crackin' in the full kitchen. The kids will love helping from the breakfast bar's stools, and you can serve up to eight guests at the handsome dining table or take them outside to the deck for an al-fresco meal.
Sea Colony enjoys a private beach for whole afternoons of sun and sand, and you'll love brushing up on your surfing skills while you're here. Need some gear? THINGS TO KNOW
The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Sea Colony Parking Passes
Sea Colony parking passes are issued based on the number of guest badges purchased per unit. Each unit is allowed a maximum of 2 parking passes per rental period.
1-2 Badges = 1 Parking Pass
3+ Badges = 2 Parking Passes
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
